Guarantee and Warranty

L2M builders stand behind their work. All labor and workmanship are guaranteed for one year starting from date of completion. During this period, if you discover a defect caused by our work, we will repair it at no additional cost.

Materials and products are covered by the manufacturers' own warranty, which we will pass on to you. Structural components may also be covered for up to 10 Years under California Law.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by natural events.
